How to apply for APEDA license
Our Government established the Agricultural and Processed Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) in 1985. The basic objective of this establishment was to expand and increase the export of agricultural products. In addition ، the Organization replaced the financial assistance functions and provided a solution to the Consultations that were under the direction of the Processed Food Export Promotion Council (PFEPC).

How to enroll for the license?
The initial step for any registration form is to fill out the application, but the only specification under APEDA is to apply within one month of the assignment being assigned to the company. Upon applying, the applicant will receive a Registration and Membership Certificate (RCMC).
First, an applicant must register on the APEDA website.
Click on “Register as a member” tab
Enter required details such as IE code, company name, Email id, Mobile Number, and click submit.
After completing verification, fill up the online application and upload the following documents :
- Application form signed out by the applicant.
- Bank certificate
- bank statement
- canceled cheque
- IEC code (Import-Export Code)
documents stated above should be submitted in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format.
If you can’t complete all this in one session you don’t need to worry at all, all data entered can be saved and edited in multiple sessions before processing payment via the website.
Registration fees can be paid online/offline where online payment can be done using both credit and debit cards provided by MasterCard or visa.
For offline payment, a demand draft can be made to “APEDA”.
Upon successful payment, an application number will be generated and the application number should be noted down for future references.
When RCMC is issued login details will be sent to the exporter’s mobile number.
On the website, the “Track Application” link can be used to get the status of your RCMC application.
Upon approval of the RCMC certificate from APEDA, Certificate can be obtained from the APEDA website.
