Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
Digital signature certificate for the director of the proposed firm has to be acquired from government-approved certifying agencies like TCS, IDBRT etc. This is to ensure the authenticity of online documents.
Apply for Company name
Fill the application form of the company name for the approval of Registrar of Companies (ROC). While registering the company name, make sure that the name proposed is unique and not been in use.
New user registration on MCA portal
You have to register in the MCA portal to upload the e-forms and to make online transactions.
Incorporating the company
You have to present the required documents and fees to the ROC
The required documents are
Stamped copies of MOA and AOA,
Form1 application and declaration of incorporating the company,
Form18 address proof of the company,
Form 1A evidencing name approval copy of challan fee,
Power of Attorney from subscribers on judicial stamp paper,
Identification of subscribers in the form of driving license, passport, ration card or voter’s identity card.
These documents are to be filed online as well in original to the ROC.
Once the application is approved by the registrar, a Certificate of Incorporation is issued. In two to three weeks the registration process can be completed.
