HOW TO REGISTER A COMPANY IN COCHIN

Acquiring Director Identification Number [DIN]
The DIN is mandatory and essential for every director. It can be obtained by filing e-form DIN- 1. The DIN is compulsory for the director to take reasonable part in the activities of the company. After obtaining DIN it should be intimated to ROC in DIN – 3 Form.
Acquiring Digital Signature Certificate [DSC]
As the technological advancement is developing, all the process and procedures relating to company is also done electronically. It is essential to get the signature digitally. This is done to ensure the authenticity. The DSC can be obtained only from the agencies which are approved by the Government. The lists are as follows:

Creating an account on MCA Portal- New user Registration
This is to be done to file e-form and for making online transactions. This is cost free. Since, all e-form documents can be filed only in the portal.
Incorporating the company
For obtaining the name of a company, an application should be filed in Form 1A with the Registrar of companies
Form – 1 : This is for the declaration for incorporation of a company.
Form – 18 : This is regarding the situation of the situation of company.
From – 32 : This form is regarding the appointment or change of Directors, managers and secretary.
These forms should be submitted and should be approved by MCA regarding the Incorporation of a Company
